Poole Engineering & Surveying, Inc. is intimately familiar with all of the Land Development Regulations for both LeonCounty and the City of Tallahassee.  We are well versed on the requirements of the Comprehensive Plan, City of Tallahassee Zoning Code, Leon County Code of Laws, the Land Development Code, and all other regulatory documents.  We are also familiar with the requirements of the FDOT and the FDEP as they relate to driveway, utility and drainage connections, and stormwater design.  As such, we are able to assess the ability to develop a site as it relates to a particular use.

Our firm has also developed projects in other areas around Florida including: Lake City, Pensacola, Destin, GadsdenCounty, DeFuniak Springs, and others, as well as in Georgia and Alabama.  We have the ability to adapt to the permitting requirements of any municipality.  This same concept is applied to areas outside of Leon County with other local level regulations, water management district requirements and state rules.
